How secure is this store?

How are items shipped?
- Shipping is done through the USPS and arrival of merchandise should be expected within 5-7 business days within the US and 6-10 business days for shipment outside of the US including Canada. Customers will be notified of shipment by email.
Do you ship outside of the US?
- Yes. We currently ship to Canada and The Bahamas. If you would like us to provide shipping to your country please send us an email.
- For international guests the billing and shipping address needs to be the same.

How do you rate the condition of your items?
- Most of our items are brand new clothing. Some have been worn but are in excellent condition. They have been washed and certain items dry cleaned before shipping. Our goal is to provide quality pieces of clothing to our customers.
What is your return policy?
- All sales are final. If you are not pleased with your purchase you may return the item in the same condition that it was sent to you and receive in-store credit. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING. Please email us immediately so we can resolve this problem for you. If for some reason the wrong item is sent to you such
merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt and must be in
unused condition. When returning an item to us please make sure that you use a delivery service that lets you provide proof
of tracking, since we aren’t responsible if it gets lost! Customers returning items from outside of the US please note that you will be responsible for any taxes, duties, and customs fees.
What happens if my package is lost?
- If your package gets lost, an investigation will be open to determine the whereabouts of the package. If it is determined that the package is indeed lost then you will receive a refund. Please make sure to check your local post office or mailbox as we will be doing the same.
